Would you like to take your R2S Literacy Teacher Endorsement and your R2S Literacy Coach Endorsement to the next level? VirtualSC PD offers coursework for the R2S Literacy Specialist Endorsement to add to your South Carolina teaching certificate.
To earn the Literacy Specialist Endorsement, you must meet the following prerequisites:
- Two years of successful teaching experience
- Read to Succeed Literacy Teacher Endorsement
- Read to Succeed Literacy Coach Endorsement
To earn the R2S Literacy Specialist Endorsement, educators must submit evidence of completion of four (4) approved courses taken as college coursework, or 12 credit hours total of professional development for 240 contact hours.
