PACE participants may now take two of the courses below for your requirements from our online professional development program.

  • 21st Century Teacher: Authentic Assessment (3 graduate credit hours) or Children of Poverty (3 graduate credit hours)
  • Read to Succeed: Content Area Reading and Writing (60 renewal credit hours)

21st Century Teacher: Authentic Assessment
This course will count as a graduate professional development elective for your PACE program.

Children of Poverty (currently under revision)
This course will count as a graduate professional development elective for your PACE program.

R2S: Content Area Reading and Writing for Middle and High School Teachers or R2S: Content Area Reading and Writing for Early Childhood and Elementary Students
Either course will count for your Read to Succeed endorsement.

For your PACE requirements Educator Services has approved one (1) Read to Succeed course in the “Content Area Reading and Writing” for all PACE participants.

PACE participants are only approved to take the 21st Century Teacher: Authentic Assessment or the Children of Poverty graduate course for their PACE requirements.
